We're Justin and Jessie, and J&J Auto Care is our shop. Justin spent seven years running a dealership service department before we opened, and if you spend that long in this industry you see the same problems everywhere, at dealers and independents alike. Shops get run by the numbers. Customers get sold work they don't need, the people doing the work get treated like they're replaceable, and the quality of the repair comes last.

We opened J&J because we think there's a better way to do this, and it starts with treating it like a hospitality business instead of a service business. That means you get greeted when you walk in, you're kept in the loop while your car is here, and nobody talks down to you. Your advisor can fix a problem on the spot without asking permission.

You'll see photos of what we find, you'll get the price before we start, and the work is backed by a warranty. We're not trying to reinvent car repair. We just think you should be treated well while it's happening.
